Once your order has been crafted and shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after shipment for the carrier to update your tracking details in their system.

  • Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. In these cases, you will receive distinct tracking numbers for each parcel.

❗6. Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Notes

  • Address Correctness: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures, lost, or stolen packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address, a reshipping fee will apply to send the package out a second time.

  • P.O. Boxes Restriction: Please note that certain oversized items, including Canvas, Posters, and Metal Signs, cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international locations (including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union countries) for a flat rate of $19.99. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and carrier. Some products may be restricted or only shipped within the U.S., so always check the product details before placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking information may take 5–7 business days to appear in the carrier’s system. Use the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are returned or lost due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent to the correct address.
